Karla has been practicing yoga for over 6 years. She teaches Kundalini Meditation and Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, and was certified by Golden Bridge Studio in Soho, NYC April 2015. Karla loves vinyasa, yin, and ashtanga yoga, and fell in love with Kundalini Yoga because of the beautiful meditations and depth of teachings. 

Yoga means union, and Kundalini Yoga and Meditation uses mantra, mudra, asana, and breathing techniques to attain the union of the body, mind, spirit and align the chakra system.
